WitherKnight Execute

This is a less tanky build that revolves around judgment and execute. Execute always crits ensuring that burst always gives you energy back that way you'll always have energy through the fights assuming you proc your execute. Since we rely on execute for energy it makes sense to also buff execute with burst.
